What do you look forward to when logging into work for the day?
I have massive projects that need information to be completed or analyzed to help advisors do their daily jobs. It's a bit of data analytics, reports, and type-A organizing that I love.

What do you look forward to when logging into work for the day?
Not only hearing from our customers, but also my team. I have worked here for 1.5 years and haven’t had a bad day yet. I am excited to see the new ways we can help customers and hear what we are all working on and helping each other. Also, I know there isn’t a day I haven’t laughed with one of my coworkers as well.
How would you describe the culture of C3?
I hate to be cliche, so I won’t say family. C3 is like being in this cool club, that gets better day by day. Not only does the team strive to be better day by day, but we also don’t steamroll each other to get there. C3 truly is a team environment, we win as a team. We lose as a team. We are constantly sharing new things with our team whether it will help personally or professionally. The thing I adore most about the culture and C3 is they care about their people, during rough times, during big life achievements they want to help and support.

No two days are the same! I have the opportunity to partner with my clients to support them on various business initiatives, and no two projects are the same. One day it could be a unified communications and contact center project, and the next could be cybersecurity and SASE, I’m constantly learning and growing with C3 and my clients.
How would you describe the culture of C3?
The culture at C3 is special. I get to work with people I genuinely enjoy and learn from each and every day. I’m extremely grateful to be surrounded by talented people that care about the success of their clients and coworkers alike.
