What do you look forward to when logging into work for the day?
Every day is a new challenge and that is fun for me. It's great to speak with new people or catch up with people you have a great relationship with and help find the puzzle pieces that they're looking for to make their masterpiece come to life. Sometimes you don't find those pieces but when you do find them, it keeps you coming back. I love that I get to do this every day.
How would you describe the culture of C3?Stealing from my guy Kyle Werhand, but we like to keep things weird and interesting. We all look out for one another and do what we can do to ensure the success of our teammates. We also know when it's time to have fun and enjoy ourselves. You won't find one person on the team that wouldn't go out of their way to help someone else. We constantly take risks to make ourselves better and it's expected of each and every one of us to do so...this helps eliminate complacency.

What do you look forward to when logging into work for the day?
My favorite part of my day at C3 is helping my clients in whatever phase they are in – whether it is strategizing on the potential ways technology can help achieve their goals or working with our team on delivering the value we bring to each of our clients.
