Chelsea began her career with a degree in Public Relations from Ferris State University in 2017, moving quickly into the world of politics, where she supported a Michigan state representative and a U.S. senator. Her experience in this fast-paced environment strengthened her strategic skills, but it was her passion for creativity and brand development that ultimately led her back to marketing. In 2022, Chelsea joined C3 Technology Advisors, excited to focus on a role where she could shape and enhance the company’s brand identity.
Chelsea is driven by the opportunity to transform creative ideas into tangible products that elevate C3’s brand. Her work in content development has been central to enhancing C3’s connections with clients, suppliers, and industry partners, and she takes pride in making C3’s presence impactful and recognizable. Supporting the C3 brand is a passion for Chelsea, and she approaches each project with an eye for detail, ensuring that tone, theme, and messaging resonate clearly to support the company's growth.
Beyond her contributions at work, Chelsea is dedicated to staying active. She loves spending time on her Peloton, participating in gym classes, and recently discovered a love for running—completing her first 5K in 2024. When she’s not on the move, she enjoys a quiet night in with a good book and the company of her Westie dog, Jack, and her black cat, Charlotte, who add joy and a bit of mischief to her daily routine.
If asked to describe her time at C3, Chelsea would say it’s been anything but “normal.” After transitioning from the political sphere, she found herself surrounded by a team where every individual, from leadership on down, prioritizes people and fosters a unique, supportive culture. For Chelsea, this “not normal” atmosphere is exactly what makes C3 extraordinary—a place where everyone is valued both as professionals and as people.
