At C3 Technology Advisors, Elisa leads the Sales Operations Team, collaborating closely with the Director of Consulting to drive efficiency across the organization. With expertise in data analytics, CRM implementation, administration, and operations, Elisa has become the go-to problem solver, adept at tackling challenges that require creative solutions and strategic insight.
Elisa’s career began in sales, where she excelled in event recruiting, demand generation, account management, and retention within the VMware monitoring software space. Her natural talent for navigating complex problems eventually led her to transition into business operations. This evolution has equipped her with the skills and perspective needed to enhance C3’s business management through real-time data and streamlined processes.
Driven by the impact she can make; Elisa finds daily motivation in refining operational efficiencies and building impactful reports. She values the mutual respect and camaraderie within her team, which she credits as an essential part of their shared success. Her proudest accomplishment at C3 is custom-building Salesforce with her team, enhancing functionality across departments and setting a new standard for effective data analysis and user-friendly operations that her peers in other companies admire.
Outside of work, Elisa and her husband, Jake, run Martin Green Acres, a hobby farm where they raise pigs, goats, chickens, turkeys, and ducks. They also operate New World Exotics, an exotic animal breeding and conservation business focused on reptiles, birds, and sugar gliders. Originally from New Hampshire and Massachusetts, Elisa now resides in Michigan with her husband and their four daughters—Kennedy, Keira, Kyla, and Kaylin—as well as their four dogs and three cats, creating a lively household.
When reflecting on her experience at C3, Elisa describes it in one word: “family.” From her first day, she has felt a deep sense of care and commitment within the C3 team. Working alongside colleagues who are dedicated to each other’s growth has made her time at C3 both fulfilling and inspiring.
