Hallie Richter

Hallie’s professional journey began after earning her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Michigan State University. Although she initially pursued a career in food service management, her passion for technology quickly emerged, steering her toward roles in technical writing, data analytics, and project coordination. Throughout her career, she has worked with notable organizations such as General Dynamics Land Systems, Comerica Bank, Ascension Health, and Kelly, building a wealth of experience that now informs her role at C3 Technology Advisors. 

With a strong interest in the potential of artificial intelligence in project management, Hallie is particularly excited about how AI can enhance efficiencies and outcomes. She is eager to explore its applications and contribute to C3’s innovative approaches in this space. 

Joining C3 in 2024, Hallie has already embraced the company’s welcoming and collaborative culture. She appreciates C3's commitment to putting client needs first, an approach she has long admired. Now part of the team, Hallie is looking forward to making an impact within the project management group and continuing to uphold C3’s client-first ethos. 

On a personal note, Hallie has called northern Michigan home for the past 9.5 years, where she resides with her husband, who is the Store Director at Alpena Meijer. Together, they have two daughters—one still living at home, and the other residing in Oxford. In addition to her professional pursuits, Hallie is active in her community, having served on the Board of Directors at Lost Lake Woods Club, where her family lives.
