James Gordon draws on over 25 years of IT experience in his role at C3 Technology Advisors. His career spans various technology sectors, and he now focuses on customer experience (CX) and contact center (CC) platforms, project management, and strategic partnerships. At C3, James plays a crucial role in expanding the company’s reach, securing significant deals, and fostering meaningful relationships with industry leaders. 

With a keen interest in the growth of artificial intelligence (AI), James believes its true value lies in simplifying conversations. He is dedicated to demonstrating how AI can solve real business challenges and enhance the bottom line. Rather than getting caught up in the hype, he emphasizes practical applications, helping businesses recognize AI's potential and integrate it seamlessly into their operations. 

Reflecting on his time at C3, James is particularly proud of his involvement in significant projects and the positive feedback from partners. Being part of these initiatives and learning the "C3 way" of becoming a trusted advisor has been incredibly rewarding for him. He takes great pride in making a meaningful impact and earning clients' trust in guiding their technological decisions. 

Outside of work, James is a devoted family man who has called Indianapolis home for the past 15 years. He and his wife of 24 years have four sons: Jakai, a pharmacy student at Purdue University; Jaden, a high school sophomore; James III (AKA Tre, Big James), an 8th grader; and Jaxson, a 5th grader- their beloved "angel baby." After being diagnosed with autism in November 2021, Jaxon inspired James and his family to actively support organizations like Embracing Abilities, Meaning Day, and Hope Source. 

James is passionate about outdoor activities such as basketball, hiking, and running, which he finds both energizing and fulfilling. An avid listener of audiobooks, he balances professional success with a rich family life, cherishing every moment with his loved ones. He embraces opportunities to connect with others through his interests and community engagement. 

When asked to describe C3 in one word, James chose "restorative" because it captures how the company has helped him rebuild trust, reclaim his sense of purpose, and grow both personally and professionally. C3 has given him the chance to restore what was lost while continuously challenging himself to become better not only for himself but also for the clients he works with.
