Joe has dedicated the past 26 years to only three companies, maintaining a strong connection to C3 even before its official founding. Following his service in the Navy, he began his career as a receptionist, which soon evolved into a position in the data processing department. Prior to joining C3, Joe gained valuable experience managing a Cisco Call Manager environment, overseeing multiple call centers, and implementing a Silver-Peak SD-WAN solution. Today, he operates a fully managed SD-WAN, LAN, and wireless setup in his home office, equipped with more IP phones than many small businesses.

Driven by advancements in technology surrounding Customer Experience (CX), Joe is passionate about helping organizations enhance their customer engagement while fostering a positive employee culture. He understands that many companies, despite their best efforts, often face challenges in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This complexity makes his work all the more rewarding as he seeks to measure and improve the impact on organizations.

One of Joe's proudest accomplishments at C3—and the legacy he hopes to leave behind—is introducing a personable, human touch to a role that is often perceived as purely technical.

If Joe were to describe his time at C3 in one word, it would be "evolution." Reflecting on his professional growth since joining, he acknowledges that he has reached heights he never thought possible. While he might have been content continuing on his previous path, he now recognizes the invaluable opportunities C3 has provided to push him beyond his comfort zone.

In 2024, Joe and his wife celebrated their 25th anniversary, having known each other since childhood. Interestingly, their families have lived in the same house at different times. Joe is a proud father of four—three sons and one daughter. He also served in the U.S. Navy from 1994 to 1998 as an Aviation Ordnance man aboard the USS George Washington, completing two six-month deployments to the Mediterranean and returning home during a third.
