As a tech advisor at C3 Technology Advisors, Kyle is all about helping businesses grow by leveraging the right technology. It’s not just about efficiency for him, it’s about delivering simplicity to employees and customers. He understands that when you integrate the right tools, it leads to happier teams and more satisfied customers, which ultimately boosts revenue and strengthens the entire organization. By working closely with different departments, Kyle takes the time to listen and understand their unique challenges. That’s what gives his work real meaning. His passion for customer experience (CX) technology comes from his belief that it’s a game-changer for any business aiming for long-term success.

Kyle’s journey into consulting started in 2016, after gaining experience on the provider side. What drove him was his strong sense of ethics and the desire to work for a company that aligned with his personal values. A turning point came in 2019 when he met Matthew Toth, the CEO of C3. They instantly clicked, sharing the same vision and principles. That connection has only deepened Kyle’s belief that success in this field isn’t just about the work, it’s about the people and the values you build it on.

In his consulting practice, Kyle operates under four core principles that shape his approach to business. First, he firmly believes in always doing the right thing, no matter what. This lesson, instilled by his father, guides Kyle to prioritize integrity above all else. Whether it means sacrificing commissions to act in his clients' best interests or recommending another partner when his team isn't the best fit, building trust is non-negotiable for him. There’s no greater satisfaction for Kyle than knowing he made the right decision, even when it required a personal sacrifice.

Kyle’s second principle is to "figure it out and get it done." In consulting, no two projects are alike, and success doesn’t come with a playbook. What sets C3 apart, he believes, is their ability to adapt and support clients, no matter how much a project evolves. Behind the scenes, Kyle and his team face complex challenges daily, but by taking full ownership of every task, they always find a way to deliver results.

Another key principle that Kyle follows is simple: don’t be a jerk. He knows that life and work can get tough, but no situation justifies treating others poorly. He believes positivity, patience, and empathy go a long way, both with clients and colleagues.

Finally, Kyle believes in embracing his inner weirdness. Early in his career, he was encouraged to be more of his authentic self in his interactions, and that’s when things truly fell into place. He found that authenticity fosters deeper conversations, better work, and stronger relationships. To Kyle, when people bring their true selves to the table, that’s when the magic happens.

Reflecting on his experiences, if Kyle could describe his time at C3 in one word, it would be "fulfilling." He believes that financial rewards alone do not equate to true fulfillment; rather, it is the meaningful work and the opportunity to help others that bring him genuine satisfaction.
