Nick is a graduate of Northern Illinois University, often referred to as the "Cornell of the Cornfields." He began his career in Technology and Network Sales in 2006, initially focusing on small to medium-sized businesses. In 2011, he transitioned to working with enterprise-level organizations, where he has found great fulfillment in guiding ideas from concept to production and witnessing their positive impact on stakeholders and overall business performance.
While Nick enjoys collaborating across various industries, his primary experience lies within the midmarket and enterprise space, focusing on customer experience, Infrastructure, SDWAN/SASE, and Cybersecurity/ Compliance. At C3, I am motivated by addressing the unique challenges businesses face. He takes the role of a trusted advisor as being committed to understanding and resolving genuine business needs, with people and organizations that he enjoys working with both professionally and personally
Nick’s proudest achievement is the lasting relationships he’s built with clients. For him, there's no greater compliment than when a client reaches out after advancing in their career to say, "I loved the success we had with your team in my last role, and I’d love to work with you again on a new project." Knowing that clients trust him to deliver results time and time again is a testament to the impact he’s had and the strong partnerships he's developed.
Outside of work, Nick Matthys values quality family time above all else. No matter how busy life gets, the Matthys family makes it a priority to gather for dinner each evening, taking the time to connect and share stories from the day.
If Nick had to describe his time at C3 in one word, it would be "engaging." He values the environment, where every day presents new opportunities to connect, learn, and grow alongside clients and colleagues.
