As an Executive Assistant at C3, Sabina’s career has been a dynamic journey blending healthcare, business, and customer service expertise. Originally inspired to become a nurse, she spent seven years in healthcare, where she not only delivered care but listened to each person’s story. Her journey later led her into the business world, helping her father manage his trucking company before moving to Charter Communications. There, she quickly advanced from Retention Sales Representative to Lead and eventually Supervisor, refining her skills in sales and leadership. While rewarding, she wanted a role that offered true fulfillment and work-life balance. She found that with C3, where she now thrives in a position that combines her passion for supporting others with the flexibility to enjoy family life.
At C3, Sabina feels motivated every day by the positive impact she has, helping the team work smoothly and making sure Matthew has more time for family at the end of the day. She’s proud of the small moments—whether it’s organizing schedules, jumping into new projects, or planning events like Camp C3 or the Christmas Party—that keep everyone connected and engaged. For Sabina, knowing she’s made a difference, big or small, is what keeps her inspired.
Outside the office, Sabina and her husband, Antonio, cherish their peaceful countryside life with their 14-month-old son, eagerly awaiting the arrival of their daughter. Family is at the heart of everything Sabina does, from her close relationship with her younger brother, nieces, and nephew to her bond with her parents. Originally from Bosnia & Herzegovina, her family moved to Grand Rapids, MI, in 2001 after the Bosnian war. Her life is rooted in family, culture, and community, and she brings that warmth to everything she does at C3.
If she had to describe her experience at C3 in one word, Sabina would say “Heard.” Every day, she feels supported and valued, both personally and professionally, knowing that her contributions to C3 go far beyond logistics, they help make C3 feel like home.
