Shana Jennings

Shana joined C3 Technology Advisors in 2015 as a Project Manager and has since evolved into the role of Senior Commission Specialist, where she focuses on refining commission processes and driving team efficiency. Her role is pivotal in ensuring accurate and streamlined commission operations, and her impact is felt across the team. 

Shana’s motivation stems from the collaborative, supportive culture at C3, where working with a team that genuinely values and supports one another fosters both personal and professional growth. This environment keeps her energized and inspired to bring her best every day. 

One of Shana’s proudest achievements at C3 is the significant enhancement of the commission process. By developing a faster, more accurate system, she’s helped create a smoother, more efficient workflow that benefits the entire organization. 

If Shana could sum up her experience at C3 in one word, it would be “Grateful.” The opportunity to grow and be supported in her journey has exceeded her expectations, transforming her experience into one of meaningful growth and confidence building. 

Shana lives in the beautiful state of Virginia, having grown up in the small town of Bedford. She is the proud mother of four wonderful children and shares her home with two beloved and very spoiled dogs.
