Susan Gagnon

Susan has been an integral part of C3 Technology Advisors for over eight years, seeing her colleagues as more than just teammates—they’re an extension of her family. As a Business Operations Specialist, she manages a wide range of responsibilities, ensuring every day is filled with fresh challenges and opportunities. 

Her motivation stems from the tangible impact her team has within the industry, and she takes pride in fostering a sense of community and engagement across the organization. Susan’s commitment to the “family” dynamic is reflected in her continuous efforts to find meaningful ways to connect with her colleagues. 

A highlight of her time at C3 is the growth of the annual kayak trip, which she’s helped transform from a small gathering of 15 employees to a 43-person event in 2024, now welcoming team members and their significant others. From the Christmas party to Camp C3, Susan’s approach to planning these events goes beyond logistics—she’s dedicated to creating memorable experiences that strengthen bonds and reflect C3’s culture. 

When asked to describe her experience at C3, Susan says, “It’s like a dysfunctional family reunion you never planned for but wouldn’t miss for the world.” 

Outside of work, Susan and her husband, Bill, have a daughter named Piper. Together, they run a resale business called Bill’s Thrills, specializing in liquidation items—a venture that has brought them plenty of laughs and unique experiences over the years.
