Taylor Vossler is a results-oriented leader at C3 Technology Advisors, driving excellence across HR, IT, Operations, Project Management, Client Lifecycle Management, and Marketing. Joining C3 in 2018, Taylor built the marketing department from the ground up, cultivating the growth of 6 dedicated marketers to fostering success for clients and colleagues alike. This experience sparked her passion for empowering others and refined her strategic approach to growth.
In 2020, Taylor transitioned into Operations, where her strategic mindset and creative problem-solving skills have enabled her to tackle complex business challenges. As C3’s EOS Integrator, she collaborates closely with Visionary Matthew Toth and other leaders to streamline processes, enhance client experiences, and propel organizational growth. Her dedication to optimizing operations for client success is a driving force, bringing fresh ideas and dynamic strategies that make an impact across C3.
Taylor’s approach to technology is pragmatic: she’s focused on finding SaaS solutions that streamline workflows, reduce complexity, and enhance team productivity. With a knack for repurposing tools, Taylor has introduced creative applications of SaaS that span departments—from Sales Enablement to Talent Acquisition and Project Management, extending each tool’s value far beyond its initial purpose. Her philosophy is straightforward: “The details make the difference,” she says, and with SaaS, it’s all about finding that perfect balance where technology truly serves its purpose.
One of Taylor's proudest achievements is creating C360—a client dashboard that originated as a simple tool to streamline order updates for project managers and has since evolved into an integrated platform that gives clients a comprehensive view of quotes, orders, contracts, and inventory. With the launch of C360, Taylor is looking forward to new updates that add real-time feedback and enhanced automation, giving clients the insights they need to make strategic IT decisions confidently.
Outside of work, Taylor lives in a lakeside town along Lake Michigan with her husband, Bert, and their two dogs, Lola and Rylee. She’s an avid golfer, concert-goer, and boating enthusiast, balancing her love for travel with her goal of golfing one PGA or LIV course each year. Taylor is also the resident sommelier in her household—a title she holds with pride, given her self-proclaimed accident-prone cooking skills.
