In this role he is responsible for the design, training, development, deployment, and on-going tuning of Five9’s conversational AI solutions. Prior to joining Five9 Stephen was Vice President of Professional Services at Uniphore, a conversational AI startup; Senior Director of Global Contact Center Technology at Cigna; and Vice President and Account Partner at eLoyalty Corp. Stephen obtained his Doctorate from DePaul University where he studied Applied AI and holds a MS in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. He is also a veteran of the U.S. Army where he served as a Strategic Debriefer for 1st Special Force Group and 501stMilitary Intelligence Battalion. Stephen resides in Chicago IL with his wife Eunsil.
