Frank is a strong advocate for using AI to unify CX as an Enterprise discipline across the currently siloed Service, Sales and Marketing areas that hamper the realization of a truly delightful customer experience.
Frank holds a Doctorate in Computer Science from CentraleSupelec University in Paris.
