Kylee Schafer

Kylee earned both her bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and a master’s in Business Administration from Ferris State University, where her passion for HR first took root. Her career spans a diverse range of industries, equipping her with broad insights and a deep commitment to connecting with people. When she interviewed with C3 Technology Advisors in August 2021, the choice was clear—she joined as a full-time recruiter, quickly advancing to lead Human Resources, and has since achieved certification as a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Today, Kylee focuses on expanding C3’s team with a strong emphasis on fostering organic growth and looks forward to continuing her impact in HR and Operations. 

At C3, Kylee is driven by the balance of autonomy and teamwork that defines the company’s culture. Each team member is empowered to shape their role, all while working together toward C3’s shared vision. 

A key accomplishment Kylee takes pride in is enhancing C3's partnerships with various Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) to better meet the team's HR needs. Through her careful assessment and dedication to finding optimal solutions, she has helped secure the right support for C3’s growing team—a truly fulfilling achievement. 

Beyond the office, Kylee is family-focused, setting an example of hard work and dedication for her three sons—Ben, Asher, and Bryce. She and her husband share a love of staying active, whether it’s golfing, playing volleyball, or enjoying the outdoors as a family. 

If she had to sum up her experience at C3 in one word, it would be “enlightening.” Stepping away from the structure of corporate life has given her a fresh outlook and renewed sense of purpose.
