Ryan Dengate

Ryan Dengate began his journey at C3 Technology Advisors as the company's first Sales Engineer. Ryan's multi-passionate generalist mindset has enabled him to tackle a wide range of challenges, making significant contributions across various aspects of the business. 

With a natural problem-solving instinct, Ryan dives into understanding how things work, constantly asking questions to uncover the best solutions. His work in Cybersecurity and Cloud services is a primary motivator, where he enjoys turning challenges into actionable solutions. Ryan finds fulfillment in his contributions at C3, especially in his ability to assist colleagues through unfamiliar technology areas. Many advisors faced uncertainty in these complex spaces, but Ryan’s engineering expertise has been valuable in crafting innovative solutions while encouraging his peers to engage in discussions they might have otherwise found daunting. By sharing his knowledge and fostering collaboration, Ryan has helped create an environment where the entire team can succeed together. 

Outside of work, Ryan’s love for Legos began in childhood and has only grown stronger over the years. What started with assembling smaller sets inspired by cars and the NASA Space Shuttle has evolved into building larger, more complex creations as an adult. This enduring passion reflects his appreciation for craftsmanship and innovation, which he continues to embrace in his personal and professional life. As a long-distance runner, Ryan applies his engineering mindset to marathon training, analyzing data to optimize performance. When not working or running, he enjoys relaxing and traveling with his husband Aaron.
