Alyson is a dedicated professional with a degree in Public Relations from Eastern Kentucky University, bringing her expertise in client support to the IT industry. Upon joining C3, she transitioned into Project Management, where she draws on her background in Customer Success to ensure that client needs are consistently met. Known for her clear communication and collaborative approach, Alyson is committed to driving successful project outcomes that align with clients' goals and expectations. Her enthusiasm for helping others and her dedication to excellence make her an invaluable asset to the C3 team. 

Alyson is particularly intrigued by the potential of AI development. While she recognizes its positive applications, she also approaches the technology with a sense of caution, considering how it will be utilized in the future. 

One of Alyson’s proudest contributions at C3 has been her role in enhancing customer service, specifically through the rollout of C360 Dashboards. This innovative platform allows customers to track orders, billing, and spending seamlessly while staying connected with their dedicated C3 team. The dashboard simplifies processes such as viewing contract status, requesting quotes, registering for events, and submitting projects, all in one place, elevating the customer experience. 

Outside of work, Alyson enjoys camping and exploring the outdoors with her dog, Everest, finding joy in nature and adventure. She also embraces her creative side as a self-taught sushi maker, with her signature dish being the Rainbow Roll. Beyond her culinary skills, Alyson is fascinated by the power of social media to connect people across distances and generations, reflecting her deep appreciation for technology and communication.
