I graduated from Old Dominion University with a major in IDS and minor in Communications. I have worked in telecom for over 15 years. When I first started, I worked in the GES (Government and Education) Sector and then worked my way up to the Global Financial Sector.
I am an enthusiastic, curious, and hardworking individual. I love to learn and figure out processes/products and I will ask a lot of questions and do a lot of research to understand.
As a Project Manager at C3, my number one priority is customer happiness. I always try to put myself in the customer’s shoes and treat them the way I want to be treated. I will over communicate a situation, so the customer knows I have their best interests at heart and that I’m working hard for them.
Quirks
I love art history and want to travel the world learning more and seeing the original paintings drawings or sculptures.
If I could have one superpower, I’d want to be able to read minds.
I love to decorate my house for most holidays.
