I started working in telecommunications in 2006 as a retention agent for Charter Communications. After 4 years in the call center hearing “my bill went up” day in and day out, I jumped ship to work at TDS Telecommunications as an account manager. Another 4 years and many lessons learned, I landed on the doorstep of C3 Technology Advisors.
As a Business Support Specialist, I wear many different hats and my days are never consistent. I could be creating contracts for clients, pricing out circuits for multi-location global organizations or I could be helping create, promote and market our upcoming events. A large part of my role here at C3 is quoting fiber and broadband circuits for our clients. My end goal is finding cost-effective solutions by aggressively negotiating with our vendors. It’s a delicate dance, but you have to know when and how to apply pressure to get the results you are looking for.

I am an animal lover! I have 2 rescue cats who are brothers and I recently rescued a puppy, Lucy (loose goose). If my husband would allow it, I would have a couple goats and a dozen chickens.
Of all the seasons, I think fall in Michigan is the best. Hoodies, bonfires and pumpkin spice everything.
